Terms of service
Please take note of the following process when buying something from Ateljee through our online platform:
- When completing your online order, please ensure that your delivery details are correct as well as contact details. Our courier partner may need to reach out to you with regards your delivery.
- Please provide a daytime address where someone will be able to receive the parcel during working hours.
- Once you have completed the transaction you will immediately receive an email confirming the order.
- Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and will reach you within 5-10 working days depending on your location and courier service selected.
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email containing your tracking number.
- If you would like to select an in store collection ('Local Collection') please take careful note of which store the items are available from. This may not be the store closest to you.
- Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email to notify that your that your order is 'Ready for pickup'
- To avoid disappointment, please do not go to the store upon receiving the 'confirmation of order' email, please wait for the 'Ready for pickup' email.
